Orders may only be canceled within (6) hours of purchase. Once fulfilled, cancellation is not possible.

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Item must be unused and in original packaging.
• Return request must be made within (30) days of delivery.
• Customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Certain items may be non-refundable (e.g., hygiene products, custom items, sale items).

• Refunds are issued after inspection and approval.
• Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective.

We reserve the right to deny refunds if return conditions are not met.
